Overnight Oats with chia seeds & Frozen Berries!

Overnight Oats-No added sweetener!

Fiber rich breakfast that can be made day before.

Oats are a great source of soluble fiber and Chia seeds are a great source of insoluble fiber and omega3 fatty acids.

Ingredients: to make 4 servings

• 4 cups Organic Rolled Oats

• 8 tablespoons of chia seeds

• 4 cups plain unsweetened soy milk / almond milk

• 4 cups water

• Mixed Frozen berries- 4 cups or any other fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.

• 4 medjool dates

Cinnamon powder or cardamom powder for flavor.

• Bananas and few walnuts to add as garnish

Instructions

• Take 4 mason jars and add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in each jar

• Add 1/2 cup milk in each mason jar and mix well with chia seeds

• Now add 1 cup frozen berries in each jar

• Add 1 cup oats and add 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup water in each jar

• Tear the medjool dates and add one in each jar

• Refrigerate them and enjoy in the morning for breakfast.

• We can add half banana, and 3-4 walnuts in each jar before eating.
