Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are a great way to get antioxidants, omega 3’s . The same anti cancer phytochemicals that help prevent cancer can help boosting our immunity.

Fill 3/4th of your blender with greens , 1-2 cups of frozen fruit ( berries , bananas, flax seed powder, water ) these taste good when they are cold. Always drink your smoothies slowly as we don’t want sudden increase in blood sugar from the fruit. We are not adding any plant milk.

These Green Smoothies are not a replacement for breakfast, but are a supplement to hyper nourish our bodies with all the antioxidants and fiber from the greens, berries, and flaxseeds.
