Veggie loaded brown suji upma!

Calorie density is the key for disease prevention and weight loss! Increasing the veggies and water in our dishes will decrease the calorie density!
Delicious veggie& spice loaded brown Suji upma- use at least 3-4 cups veggies and 4 cups of water for 1 cup of suji. Dry sauté cinnamon stick and cumin seeds, add onions, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves, sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add tomatoes and frozen or fresh veggies available, add turmeric, water and cook on manual high pressure for 18 minutes, natural release .
Making it oil free will help to eliminate fat and empty calories we get from oil.
