Sweet potato & Almond flour Brownies!

Sweet potatoes are among the healthiest common whole-food sources of potassium, which every cell in our body requires to function. In fact, they can be considered a superfood and are ranked as one of the healthiest foods on the entire planet.

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cups cooked Japanese sweet potato

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup cocoa

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup flax seed powder

1/4 cup plant milk ( soy, almond)

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (save some for sprinkling on top)

PROCEDURE:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl

3. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment or round cake pans

4. Top with more chocolate chips.( optional)

5. Bake for 25-30 min!

6. Let it cool and enjoy
