Lettuce Wraps(tofu)

Ingredients:

1block firm tofu

1 head lettuce,

1-2 red onions thinly diced

1Tbs soy sauce,

1tbs red chill sauce,

1Tbs balsamic vinegar,

shredded carrot (1cup)

, roasted peanuts, (1 Tbs)

shredded cabbage(1cup)

Procedure:

  1. Drain the water in the tofu and cut into small cubes
  2. Now, stir fry these tofu cubes with some red onions, soy sauce and red chili sauce (adding some balsamic vinegar)
  3. Saute until all the water evaporates from the tofu and it becomes nice and firm.
  4. Clean the lettuce and open the leaves and keep them ready for wraps
  5. Now, put the stir fried tofu in the wraps and garnish with shredded carrot, shredded cabbage and roasted peanuts
  6. Enjoy this nice and crispy lettuce wrap
