Instant Ragi Dosa(little millet)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ragi flour
  • 2 cups water
  • Ginger , onion , green chili, carrots, moringa leaves, curry leaves ( all thinly diced)
  • Cumin seeds
  • Flax seed powder to sprinkle on Dosa.

Procedure

Mix 1 cup Ragi flour with 2 cups water and whisk well until there are no lumps . Leave it aside for 5 minutes. Now heat the non stick Dosa pan and pour this thin batter from outer edges , it will look like lace , try filling big holes with more batter. Now add all the above mentioned vegetables and greens in Dosa as a thin layer , let it cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes . Serve with chutney and potato curry.
