Curried Pasta with greens& Veggies!

1.Boil whole grain pasta according to instructions on the package and keep it ready.

2.Prepare veggies and greens and keep them ready

  1. Make a thick milk with cashews and hemp seeds in a high speed blender and keep it aside. ( almonds or other nuts and seeds can be replaced with cashews)
  2. In a thick bottom pan sauté garlic, add green onions,regular onions,mushrooms and carrots, and cook for 4-5 minutes, add turmeric, red chilli powder and mix well
  3. Now add broccoli, red bell peppers,cherry tomatoes and cooked pasta and mix everything well.
  4. Add cashew and hemp milk and cook for 2-3 more minutes
  5. Add chopped kale and little bit of garam masala and mix everything well and cover with lid and off the stove.

It’s delicious served warm.
