Carrot Raita (with plant-based yogurt)

Ingredients:

6-7 boiled carrots, one medium-sized red onion (thinly diced), one bunch of cilantro (thinly diced), 2-3 green chili (thinly diced), salt, and black pepper powder (to taste), 1-2 cups of plant-based yogurt.

Procedure:

1.Peel the carrots and steam them in the instantpot for 15-25 minutes.

2. Keep thinly diced red onions, cilantro and green chili ready

3. Whisk the plant-based yogurt until it is a smooth texture.

4. Once the carrots are steamed and ready, mash them and let them cool.

5. Now, add the carrots, yogurt, red onions, green chili, cilantro, salt, and pepper together, mix everything, and enjoy. (as a side dish)
