Ingredients:
Ezekiel tortillas, cooked black beans, cooked corn, diced tomatoes, onions and cilantro, half an avocado, lemon or limes.
Procedure:
Cut Ezekiel tortilla into triangles and heat on the pan for 1-2 minutes until they become hard. They become harder once we let them cool off. Drain 1 can of Organic BPA free black beans and rinse with water to drain off excess salt. Microwave 1-2 cups of frozen corn and add to black beans and heat them both together and add some oregano and red pepper flakes. Mix diced veggies and cilantro and add some lemon juice and black pepper powder, add some sliced avocados and enjoy with Ezekiel tortilla chips.
