Mushroom &Spinach curry, air fried chick peas, Ezekiel tortilla and soy yogurt raitha.
Sweet potato &moringa Paratha ( flat bread) with mixed greens and tomato dal( lentils) rajma ( kidney beans curry) and some thinly chopped kale!
Sprouted mung beans, apples, greens and red cabbage salad with boiled and air fried sweet potatoes and oranges!
Brown rice with black eye peas curry, dal and greens and an apple!
Brown rice fried rice with frozen Asian veggies ( no oil fried rice) side of arugula and an apple!
Ezekiel bread sandwich with oil free hummus, tomatoes, onions avocado, arugula, green and yellow kiwi fruit!
Mung bean and squash curry with sweet potato and moringa leaves flat bread. Side of kale and oranges.
Power bowls with black beans corn, salsa, mushrooms and chopped power greens, topped with some lemon juice
