Raw Vegan walnut &Cilantro Spread(oil-free)

Omega 3 fatty acids can help lower high blood pressure and cholesterol and bring down levels of triglycerides. Omega 3 fatty acid ALA, derived from plant sources, has been linked to reduced heart disease-linked deaths. If you have asthma, ALA could help decrease inflammation as well improve lung function.

Ingredients:

walnuts – 1/4 cup ( soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Sesame seeds – 1 TBS

Hemp seeds – 1TBS 

Flax seeds-1 TBS

1 packed cup of cilantro 

1-2 green chili 

1 TBS lemon juice 

1Tsp amla powder 

1 garlic clove

Pinch of salt 

Instructions:

In a small blender first blend soaked walnuts, sesame seeds, hemp seeds flaxseeds into smooth paste , then add

1 cup of cilantro, 2 green chilies, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, a pinch of salt, amla powder and garlic cloves, and blend everything into smooth paste.

Store in the refrigerator in a tight container, can be used for 2-3 days!

Use this on breads & bagels. Along with  micro greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced radish, etc.
