Ingredients:
mushrooms 1 packet
broccoli florets 2 cups
onions 2 medium
garlic cloves-10
red bell pepper 1
crushed red pepper flakes
Broccoli sprouts 1 cup
Procedure: In a thick bottom pan or skillet , first let garlic cloves and mushrooms sauteed, now add onions , and broccoli florets , let everything saute for 5-7 minutes. Add diced red pepper and saute for few more minutes. Garnish with broccoli sprouts before serving . Few tips to increase the health benefits of the ingredients 1. Always Chop garlic and let it expose to air before cooking , this help retain its health benefits. 2. Wash mushrooms and expose them to direct sunlight or in window sill sun for 10-15 minutes to increase vitamin D in them. 3. When cooking any cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts , add fresh broccoli sprouts or freshly ground mustard seeds to increase sulphoraphane content in them .
