Sprouted Lentils and Greens Salad!

Lentils and greens are a great source of non heme iron, it can be absorbed better if we combine with vitamin C rich foods like oranges and bell peppers. Sprouted masoor dal tastes delicious in a salad.

Ingredients

1. Arugula 2. Cutie oranges 3. Sprouted masoor dal 4. Red onion slices 5. Few sweet peppers 6. Few raw walnuts.

Dressing

Used 1/4th cup of Apple cider vinegar mixed with 2 tablespoons of oil free hummus as dressing.

Mix all together
