Ginger Turmeric Tea – Simple Recipe

Ingredients:

Ginger (fresh grated ginger 1-2 table spoons, or ginger powder- 1-2 teaspoons)

Turmeric powder- 2 teaspoons

Pinch of black pepper

Lemon juice

Optional: Add Lemon zest for additional anti oxidants

Procedure:

Boil 4-5 cups of water

Add grated ginger in the water and let it steep for 5 minutes

In a cup add turmeric powder and pinch of black powder powder and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.

Strain the ginger water into the cup and enjoy the warm tea .
