Ingredients:

- lentils ( toordal, whole moong dal, black eye peas, split urad dal and split channa dal)
- brown rice
- freshly grated coconut
- dry red chili
- Cumin seeds
- Garlic cloves and curry leaves
- Take 1 cup each lentils rice and coconut
Instructions:

soak all the lentils and rice for at least 6-7 hours or over night.Wash them well and grind them in the blender along with coconut, dry red chill’s,curry leaves, cumin seeds and garlic cloves . Batter can be used right away or after fermentation, don’t leave it for fermentation for more that 4-5 hours as it has fresh coconut in it . While making dosa make sure the pan is not too hot . As we will be making oil free dosa it is better if we have non stick Dosa pan. Spread batter on a medium heat pan and spread it in round circle to form a big pan cake. We can fill the dosa with veggies like onions and cilantro and micro greens and serve with peanut or coconut chutney!
