Ingredients: 1 can of Organic BPA free black beans, rinsed well and microwaved for 3-4 minutes, 1 cup of organic frozen corn microwaved for 5-6 minutes, 4/5 cups of salad greens, 1 big apple diced small, 1 big red onion diced small, 2 mixed colors of bell peppers diced small, few raw walnut pieces, 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar, pinch of black pepper powder and salt optional!
Procedure: prepare all the ingredients and mix them well with Apple cider vinegar just before eating and enjoy it fresh!
