Broccoli Micro green Wraps

Broccoli micro greens are a great source of sulforaphane ,which is shown to prevent cancer. They also improve lung health.

Ingredients:

Broccoli Microgreens

whole wheat lavash bread

grated veggies(grated carrots and beets)

avocado

crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Home made hummus (can be made by blending chick peas ,garlic ,cumin seed powder ,sesame seed powder ,lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste) we have detailed recipe on our blog.

Instrunctions:

Heat the lavash bread just to make it soft.

Harvest the micro greens and wash and dry them well.

Apply hummus on lavash bread and spread all the veggies and avocado pieces and add generous amounts of broccoli micro greens, roll the bread into a log and cut it to look like pin wheels.

These are great for kids lunch boxes.
