Ingredients
Sweet potato
soaked and boiled Chickpeas
Coconut milk
Onion
ginger garlic paste
turmeric
tomatoes
chilli powder
salt
dhaniya powder
cumin powder
cilantro for garnishing
Procedure
Sautee onion on heated pan adding little water to prevent sticking. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric.
Then add cut tomatoes, when it is soft add chilli powder, salt, dhania powder, cumin powder. Fry for few min.
Add sweet potato cubes and boiled chickpeas. Fry for another 3 min.
Add coconut milk. Cook covered until it is soft or just for one whistle if using pressure cooker.
Garnish with chopped cilantro
And yummy curry is ready.
Goes good with chapathi or brown rice or quinoa.
